Kosher Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients:
- 1 lb kosher beef (such as kosher ribeye or kosher flank steak), thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (make sure it's kosher)
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions:
1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the sliced kosher beef to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until it's browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the skillet and set it aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the minced garlic and sliced onion, and cook for 2-3 minutes until the onion is translucent.
4. Add the sliced bell pepper, broccoli florets, and sliced mushrooms to the skillet. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
5. Return the cooked beef to the skillet with the vegetables.
6. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey or agave syrup, and sesame oil. Pour this sauce over the beef and vegetables in the skillet.
7. Stir everything together and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the sauce has thickened slightly and everything is heated through.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
9. Serve the kosher beef stir-fry hot over cooked rice or noodles.
